444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished Performance Marketing Manager to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, on an operational level you will report to client-specific Marketing Managers/Senior Marketing Manager with your direct supervisor, the Ass DIR Operations Strategy.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and E-commerce Platform Ads.
  • Implement comprehensive strategies to achieve client objectives, considering audience targeting, ad formats, and creative elements.

Market and Competitor Research

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Budget Management and Bid Optimization

  • Monitor budget allocation across platforms and implement bid management strategies to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.

A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, targeting options, and landing pages to iteratively improve campaign performance.
  • Implement data-driven insights from testing to optimize and refine advertising strategies continually. 

KPI Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Sale (CPS), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics specialists, to deliver high-quality advertisements that align with client goals.

Industry Awareness and Best Practices

  • Stay current with platform capabilities, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Implement the latest features and strategies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing multiple client campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads, and Shopee Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and manage a team of specialists.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key media platform partners and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
