444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished Marketing Manager to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.
As a Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients within the digital marketing agency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning
- Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing plans encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content, and other relevant channels.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet performance goals.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data provided by specialists and discuss and plan to implement optimization strategies to enhance results.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring effective allocation across various digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on budget utilization, providing recommendations for adjustments from reports supplied by specialists.Â
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with specialist teams, including but not limited to content creators, designers, and analytics specialists, to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Â Provide clear briefs and guidance to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Conduct periodic strategy reviews with clients to assess campaign performance and discuss plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 – 4 years) in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms used in digital marketing, like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.
- Â Knowledge of key concepts in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and various other channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- Excellent command of English (Thai is a plus).
