As part of our expansion, 444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished Digital Marketing Paid Specialist to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.
As a Digital Marketing Paid Specialist, you will report directly to the Digital Media Campaigns Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Google Ads, YouTube) platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform advertising strategies.
- Monitor budget allocation and bid management to ensure the effective use of resources.
- A/B testing creative elements, targeting options, and landing pages to improve campaign performance continually.
- Analyze and report KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advertisements, including content, design, and analytics.
- Keep current with platform capabilities, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality or Foreigner
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, specifically with Meta and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- REQUIRED – Excellent command of both English and Thai, both written and spoken
- REQUIRED – Google Ads and Meta Certification
- REQUIRED – Hands-on experience with ad management tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager,
Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Line Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
