444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished Asst DIR Commercials & Partnerships to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.

As an Asst DIR Commercials & Partnerships, you will report directly to the General Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist/Manager located in Phuket. The Search Engine Optimization Specialist/Manager will create and implement SEO strategies for clients in various industries. The Specialist/Manager will collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize website performance and increase organic traffic to client websites. Additionally, the Specialist/Manager will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of SEO strategies and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the Asst DIR Sales & Business Development to formulate and drive the agency’s commercial strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for revenue growth, pricing models, and overall commercial success.

B2B Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate impactful B2B partnerships by creating and negotiating Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for the execution of service delivery.
  • Finalize partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the agency’s strategic goals.

Scalability Initiatives

  • Drive business scalability by leading strategic planning and execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and scalability, aligning initiatives with the agency’s vision.

Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Work closely with Sales & Business Development to align commercial strategies with sales objectives.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations for potential partners.

Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize revenue streams, pricing structures, and commercial processes to maximize profitability.
  • Implement targeted strategies to increase client lifetime value and foster repeat business.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the digital marketing industry.
  • Utilize insights enhance the agency’s commercial approach, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and responsive to market shifts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Work closely with the Asst DIR Operations & Strategy to align commercial strategies with effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial strategy development and B2B partnership management within the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic visions for commercial success and business scalability.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully finalizing complex partnership agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, revenue data, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Keen awareness of digital marketing industry trends, technologies, and best practices, coupled with a commitment to staying
    ahead of industry shifts.
