444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Asst DIR Operations Strategy.
Responsibilities
Client Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary senior management point of contact for key clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to
ensure satisfaction and retention. - Provide strategic insights and consultation to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Marketing Managers, fostering professional growth and development.
- Oversee the performance of Marketing Managers, providing constructive feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Formulate overarching digital marketing strategies for the agency, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead the development of effective marketing campaigns that showcase the agency’s capabilities and drive business growth.
Resource Allocation and Budget Oversight
- Manage overall budget allocation for client portfolios, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to optimize budgetary processes and achieve financial objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster collaboration between Marketing Managers and other departments, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze overall campaign and departmental performance, drawing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, successes, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience (6+ years) in Marketing/Digital Marketing, with a track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of financial principles, budget management, and able to make data-driven decisions to achieve financial goals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- Excellent command of English (Thai is a plus)
